Members of this Christian faculty and staff are required to be individuals who willfully abstain from behaviors or actions that would bring reproach upon ALT, GCS, the Daycare, or be grievous to The Holy Spirit per Romans 1:29-32.
Germantown Christian Schools requires a dress code in accordance with the school that must be obtained during school hours and all school-related events.

Job Description:
Assist in coordinating and implementing educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based upon developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
Assist in planning individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions and progress reports.
Teaching courses that may include Pre-Reading, Phonics, Numbers/Number Concepts, Fine Motor Development and Bible at the preschool level. In addition to preparing lesson plans and teaching classes.
Ensure a healthy classroom environment- including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and the safety and security of children.
Assist in maintaining accurate information, forms, and records.
